These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Breakthrough Flooring. By accessing this website or requesting our services, you agree to be bound by the Terms set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, requesting a quote, or using any service offered by Breakthrough Flooring, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and you agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials on this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily view the materials on Breakthrough Flooring's website for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the materials;
- use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display;
- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website;
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
- transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
This license terminates automatically if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Breakthrough Flooring at any time.
3. Quotes and Estimates
Any quote, estimate, or pricing shown on this website or provided in response to a request is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer. Final pricing, scope, and availability are confirmed in a written agreement before any work begins. Promotional offers are subject to change and may have eligibility requirements.
4. SMS / Messaging Terms
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated calls and text messages (SMS) from Breakthrough Flooring — including promotional offers, appointment reminders, and account or service alerts — regarding your inquiry, appointments, and services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or cancel, or HELP for help, at any time.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Carriers (such as wireless service providers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability.

We do not warrant that the materials are accurate, complete, or current.
6. Limitations
In no event shall Breakthrough Flooring or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this website, even if Breakthrough Flooring or an authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damage.
